My profile is saying I am authorized for all of this content, but I can't use it in-game. Clearing the download cache, uninstalling and manually reinstalling the DLC, waiting a few minutes for the content to get authorized. I've tried a few solutions-all for Dragon Age before I decided to see if ME2 gave me issues. this happens in both Dragon Age: Origins, and Mass Effect 2. But when I log in using the e-mail address it shows at the top of that page, it says my content is unauthorized. Anyway, when I go to my profile page that lists the DLC I am authorized to use. I did some digging, eventually realizing that I must have changed my e-mail, and then connected that e-mail to an EA Master Account or something. I tried to reset my password but it was saying that my e-mail address could not be found. I launched the game and it immediately came up saying my login credentials were invalid. I'm close to finishing it and I wanted to do that before getting DA2. If someone can point me to a more correct place to post this, let me know. But I feel this issue is bigger than just Dragon Age, as my ME2 content is no longer authorized, either. I've read several FAQs on this matter and tried all of the solutions that seemed to apply to me. now if I could find out how to delete topics.
